We just found out that Wasington, a HIV+ Brazilian DREAMer, is set to be deported this Thursday at 9:00pm. Wasington has been detained for 4-months inside the KROME detention center in Florida. He was detained while on probation for entering what he thought was an abandoned building.
Wasington’s partner has been in touch with Senator Nelson’s office about his case, however time is running out. We need Senator Nelson’s office to move now and demand that ICE release Wasington from Detention.

Wasington’s health has really deteriorated in detention; he’s recently developed white spots all over his body and his cell count is through the roof. Several HIV experts have written to ICE warning them of the dangers of not providing Wasington with treatment.
