That makes 11 states, plus Minnesota which has abolished out of state tuition altogether for a majority of its schools. To date, no state has repealed in-state tuition, once enacted. I notice that the only Wisconsin Congresspeople who have signed on as cosponsors of the federal DREAM Act are Rep. Gwen Moore and Sen. Feingold. Several others hopefully now should be willing to follow suit to ensure that the state's investment in DREAM Act students is fully repaid. Yes.
