a)Driver’s License: Yes. In order to obtain a driver’s license in the state of Maryland, the applicant must:
- prove to be a resident of the state by providing two proofs of Maryland residence (e.g. utility bill, residential rental contract, checking or savings account statement).
- The applicant must prove his/her identity, i.e. a valid passport.

b)Tuition: Yes, but the Maryland DREAM Act may be repealed at the polls this November.
c)Scholarship/Funding: Undocumented students are able to apply for private scholarships. Visit MALDEF or La Plaza’a for a list of scholarships that do not require proof of citizenship, legal residency, or a social security number.
