Vote for National Dream Act Postcard NOW – $150 Prize

Thanks to everyone who submitted all of their work. We were planning on having a winner crowned before the new year, but you know how that goes.

Below are the five finalists, please vote for the one you think should be used as the national Dream Act petition graphic.  Meaning we will use this design for the postcard that gets sent to legislators.

Each person gets one vote, an email will go out to everyone who votes with the results, in addition to a post on the homepage.

Voting Rules:

  • Voting will be open from today (1/11/09) to Sunday night (1/17/09) 11:59 pm.
  • All times are PST (i.e. California time)
  • One vote per person

Winner will be crowned on Monday morning!

    I personally really like #1. It's simple and straight-forward. I love its use of brights colors and the fact that it looks like or is a collage, which gives it a child-like feeling, adding to the concept that the Dream Act is about/for young people. Perhaps,"I have a DREAM" could be changed to a color that's a bit brighter.

    #2 is very well designed, but a textured/distressed/grungy-look might not be the way to go.. and the sentence "We are hard working Americans" #2 is kind of urking me; the font and placement feels off/awkward.
