Great news, on Wednesday night we got word that Jordana would be released from detention! This is amazing news and it would not have happened had many of you not stepped up to make phone calls. We know it was the first time calling for many of you so we are glad you can take part in this victory with us. Thank you.

Jordana was given a 6 month extension on her case, so, while getting her released is amazing, this is not the end of her case. We still need to demand that the Obama administration grant deferred action for Jordana. It isn’t enough for the administration to say ‘oops, sorry we detained you for 9 months. . . now you will be deported in October!’

Please sign Jordana’s petition and demand the Obama Administration make good on its promise to not deport DREAM Act eligible youth. Demand Obama’s administration let Jordana stay.
