We need your help, Dylan, an everyday DREAMer is being deported at 9:00 PM tonight. We are really puzzled that Dylan is even being deported as he has no criminal record, he meets all of the requirements for the Morton memo on discretion and on top of all of that he is only a few months away from marrying his long-term girlfriend!

This morning Dylan reported to ICE for a check-in, instead of the usual meeting ICE decided to detain him and hold him until his flight at 9pm tonight.

We have only a few hours to take action, but we think with your help we can do this. Please take a minute to make two very important calls.

1. Call ICE – John Morton (202.732.3000)

Sample Script: “I am calling to ask that the deportation of Neil Dylan (A# 201-218-586) be stopped. Dylan has been living in the U.S. for 8 years, has no criminal record and meets the criteria for the Morton Memo as a low priority case. Stop Dylan’s deportation!”

2. Call Senator Cardin – (202) 224-4524

Sample Script: “Hi I was calling to ask that the Senator do everything to stop Dylan’s deportation. Dylan is a low-priority case and, according to ICE, they aren’t deporting people like him. I hope the senator can call ICE and ask them to stop this! Thank you.”
