Lots of movement in the halls of Congress since our last Legislative Update. Four new senators have signed on as co-sponsors. They include Michael Bennet from Colorado, Barbara Mikulski and Benjamin Cardin from Maryland, and Al Franken from Minnesota. On the House side, Jim Moran, from Virginia’s 8th district, made it 100 by adding his name to the bill. How cool is that? Almost as cool as this:
