Thanks for writing in Bobby! And my thought… is that I just put your information into the DREAM Act petition. Thanks for the support!

My grandparents and father came to this COUNTRY LEGALLY> Now may I suggest you APPLY by way of the LEGAL APPLICATIO; I am tired of the demands from people who have no basis to demand. Of course, the process is long but there is A MEANS TO BECOME LEGAL. So do it. APPLY and stop this crap.

Thanks for writing in! And we’re so glad that you are so emphatic about having a MEANS TO BECOME LEGAL, as you put it so eloquently, because that’s what the DREAM Act is all about. Undocumented youth in this country have little to no way to legalize their status. And you’re right, the few possibilities for legalization are long. Sometimes, it’s really long. Like, decades. That’s why the DREAM Act is awesome. It would give a legal means to legalization to undocumented youth all over the country. And then we could stop this “crap”, by which I assume you mean the continued deprivation of civil rights to immigrants across America. Because it’s pretty crappy.

I know the head assholes of the state will view you idiots as victims but i am hoping and helping see thatÂ any one who was illegal closing the street today gets deported immediately.Â Nancy Meza should be the first to go and it should be shown on live tv. Arizona got it right but you assholes knew that! Get the f*** out of my country and come back in the correct way. You have no idea how angry you make me. Yes, I am an immigrant. A LEGAL immigrant, who played by the rules and laws of this country, and what makes you think none of those apply to you? Because you got away years ago with sneaking over the border and all you want is a better life? Can I make an undocumented withdrawal from my bank because I want a better life? Can I call my banker a racist if he doesn’t give the money to me and demonstrate and demand that I get what I ask for? Thanks for writing in! First things first, what is an “undocumented withdrawal” and how can I do that? Does that mean no paper trail? Can I withdraw some extra funds from my parents’ account? There are these really cute shoes that I want really badly, so perhaps this “undocumented withdrawal” may facilitate that acquisition. Second, don’t suppose what we’re thinking. Once, this person I was dating thought he knew what I was thinking, but he was wrong. Not pretty. So just to clarify, we are thinking that immigrant youth play by the rules, work hard, go to school, get good grades, pay their way through college, and deserve to be acknowledged as human beings. Pass the DREAM Act. Word.

What about the undocumented students from Germany, Somalia, Iran, Egypt, Argentina, Brazil, Italy, Cuba, Haiti, Philipines, Colombia, the list goes on. Bottomline, these children come to the U.S. at a young age, complete high school and now want to go to college or work, but can't because they don't qualify for financial aid, loans, or many scholarships that require a SSN or permanent resident number. America is their home and for you to ask the question "i suggest you and your friends should return to Mexico and try to make it so desirable that even you would want to stay and enrich the poor uneducated people held hostage by drug cartels and dirty police." Mexico has not invested in these children and why should they expect anything from Mexico or their home country?

AMERICA is their home and they are not leaving. They are the epitome of what an AMERICAN is all about (hardworkers, taxpayers, leaders, family supporters, and etc.). All the undocumented students have gone through the K-12 system here in th U.S. and have dreams of becoming engineers, educators, scientist, doctors, police officers, lawyers, and the list goes on. Why would AMERICA want to loose such great potential and benefits shown in these amazing individuals like NANCY MEZA by deporting them all? It doesn't make sense, the DREAM ACT will allow Nancy and other students like her to enter the workforce and become productive members of society. That is the logical solution, not people like you who obviously don't understand the issue and have unrealistic solutions.

Why should the American people be burdened to take care of these illegals?? Not ONE person has answered that. It’s all just banter about “oh well they couldn’t help that they were brought here illegally”. NEITHER CAN THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, SO WHY IS IT NOW THEIR BURDEN??
