DreamActivist.org Endorsed Attorney List for your Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (“DACA”) Application

This list is composed of attorneys who have been there for us over the course of the last few years. From representing us, at no cost, when we have risked arrest, to supporting us in stopping one of the over 300 deportation cases we’ve worked on. The attorneys listed have always made themselves available even if it meant taking time away from their own work or their families. We firmly believe that, without their support, we would not have this current Deferred Action policy. We fully trust and endorse every one of them and hope they can be of help to you while you navigate this process.

Please note all fees listed are for clean, non-criminal, cases. If you have a prior record or your case has other complications your rates may vary, be sure to clarify this with your attorney prior to moving forward. If you find attorneys charging more than $1,000 for non-criminal, clean DACA cases we urge you to avoid them and contact us (daca@dreamactivist.org) so that we can keep the community informed. Together we can make sure to keep attorneys accountable.
