The following is a working list of undocumented students that are available for interviews. We also have educators, clergy and other allies that would be happy to talk to the media.
California

My name is Mark. I was born in the Philippines, brought to the United States at the age of five. Since then, I’ve lost the ability to speak my native tongue, and I’ve excelled at all my collegiate studies. I’m currently an English major with a minor in Politics, with a 3.5 GPA. I hope to fulfill my dreams by becoming an instructor at the collegiate level.
Bay Area
Hi, my name is Ju and I am 19 years old. I was born in South Korea, brought to the United States when I was Twelve. I live in California and I’m a full time student in community college. My major is Political Science and I wish to help my family as well as my community. I’m a undocumented student in community college but I like to express myself to the public. I joined student government and also I’m part of several immigration organizations.
My name is Prerna and I am 24 years old. I am ethnically East Indian, originally from Fiji, came here legally at the age of 14 on an F-2 visa, and became an ‘illegal alien’ because my parents ‘got-in-line’ for a permanent residency. I received my Masters in International Relations when I was 22 with a 4.00 GPA and currently reside in California where I am prepping for law school. I am also an LGBT Dreamer. My online pseudonym is DreamActivist; I blog for A Dream Deferred and The Sanctuary.
My name is Seung, I am 21 years old. I am a southern Baptist Christian and currently live in California. I am a nursing major who just started the program. I was brought over here from Korea at the age of 11. Health care, mission’s field, church, and other evangelical issues are important to me.

Hi! My name is Sonia. I am 22 years old. I was brought to the US from Mexico when I was 2 years old. Although I was not born here I was raised in SoCal all my life, this is all I know, and I love this country. Currently I attend a community college and I am working really hard to transfer into a Cal State so that I can obtain a Bachelors in Nursing and then a Masters in PA. However being illegal has closed a lot of doors for me, but I will not give up I will keep knocking on doors until my dreams have come true.
My Name is Phillipe. I am 20 years old. I was born in Brazil, brought to the U.S. at the age of 2. I currently live and attend school in California and am taking general ed. at a local community college, leaning towards a degree in criminal justice or business. My family is extremely important to me, and I love anything related to the automotive industry/racing (which is ironic).
My name is Moreno. When I was 4 years old, my family fled the Philippines for the U.S. to escape the threats of the terrorist group Abu Sayyaf. We originally filed for asylum, but were denied and ordered deported. Since then we have been living in the shadows. However, that hasn’t stopped us from dreaming. My sister is a junior at UCLA, and I am currently a honors and AP student at a Southern California high school with a GPA of 3.67, a love for community service, and a passion for the arts. After high school, I hope to fulfill my dream of attending and graduating art school (particularly Art Center) with a major in Illustration.
My alias is Dahlia. I’m 20 years old. I was born in South Korea, and brought to America when I was 6 or 7 years old. I currently live and attend college in Southern California. I’m pursuing an undergraduate degree in Fine Art, which means I’m liberal-minded by default. I hope to earn a graduate degree in Fine Art as well.
Sacramento
(Lu) I was born in Peru and was brought to the United States on a tourist visa when I was 14 years old. I received a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology in June 2008. Unfortunately, due to my immigration status I have had to decline job offers and unpaid internships as some of them require long distance travel. It is hard to live knowing that what I would like to contribute to my adoptive country is restricted by the lack of a piece of paper. I hope that the next administration will decide to allow us to help move this country, our home, forward. Do not let our talents go to waste.
San Diego
My name is Mario; I am 27 years old. I was born in Mexico and brought to the U.S. at the age of 13. I had to postpone my education due to the high cost of non-resident tuition. I look forward to completing my degree in Quantum Physics.
DC
My name is Matias and I graduated from UCLA in 2008, where I studied political science. At UCLA, I was involved with the group IDEAS, which is a support and adovacy group led by undocumented “AB540? students. During his time at UCLA, Matias hosted a show on the campus radio station, and wrote a column for the student newspaper, the Daily Bruin. He was also a scholar of the Clinton Global Initiative. Matias cannot legally work, even though he has a degree. He is currently applying to graduate school programs. He is originally from Argentina and lives in Orange County.
Michigan
My Name is Mohammad. I am 22 years old. I was born in Iran, brought to the U.S. legally at the age of 4. I currently live and attend school in Michigan and am pursuing a degree in social work. I also happen to be gay which creates another roadblock for me as I really do not have the option of “going back home.â€
My Name is Isabel. I am 20 years old. I was born in Mexico and I was brought to the United States when I was 5. I currently live and attend college in Michigan and I’m majoring in Accountancy and Spanish with a General Business minor (and maybe an Economics minor) and I currently have a 3.89 GPA. My biggest fear is that I’ll graduate college and I’ll be faced with the tough decision of whether to leave the United States in order to put my degrees to good use. If I leave the United States, I’ll trigger a 10 year ban on myself and I will miss out on my little sister growing up because she was born here.
Florida
Hi, I am Felipe and I am 22 years old. I was born in Brazil and was brought when I was 14 years old by my family because my mother got sick and couldn’t take care of me any longer. I am bisexual and am currently living with my boyfriend. I am in the struggle for immigrant rights.
Hi, my name is Juan Rodriguez. My parents brought me to the United States when I was 6 years old. I am 19 now. When I graduated from high school, I was told that I had no future in this country even though I graduated ranked 4th in a class of 500 students. I am also gay and an activist in SWER (Students Working for Equal Rights) -a member group of the Florida Immigrant Coalition. Here’s a video of my story: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kIoC5o0LR1M

Illinois
My name is Blanka, I’m 23 years old and I was born in Croatia and currently live in Illinois. I came here when I was ten, on a tourist visa and overstayed it without my knowledge. I have a Bachelors of Science in Finance and am applying to graduate school to study Applied Statistics. I love sports, running (just ran my first marathon), volunteering, piano, as well as many other things. I feel the U.S. is my home and want to give back to a country that has given so much to me.
New Jersey
My Name is Piash. I am 18 years old. I was born in Bangladesh, brought to the U.S. at the age of 10. I currently live and attend school in New Jersey and am pursuing a degree in Engineering.
My name is Camila, I am 24. I was brought to this country from Israel when I was 5, and I have lived in New Jersey ever since. I graduated with honors with a B.S. in Biochemistry in 2006. Unable to use the degree I earned, I decided to continue with my studies. Just this fall, I started Graduate School.
My name is Kevin. I will be 20 years old tomorrow. I was born in Republic of Korea and flew to Hawaii at the age of 8 along with my parents and my older sister.
