The criminal court proceeding stated that Mohammad Abdollahi, Lizbeth Mateo, and Yahaira Carrillo would not be referred to immigration authorities. Â However, Immigration and Customs Enforcement came of its own initiative and took them into custody sometime between 10:30 and 11:00 AM.
They have a court hearing on the 16 of June in Tucson Arizona.
Raul Alcaraz, of Tucson Arizona was released this morning.
Tania Unzueta, the spokeswoman for the group, left before arrests were made yesterday.
