Whining Willy (alipac.us) Stumped in Home Turf, Issues a Rant

There is other stuff to blog, more important stuff.

However, because of constraints I have been reduced to type my blog post from my BlackBerry today.  This is mainly due to the sheep following the adviser from “experts” who claim to know everything above and beyond on a specific subject… hmmm, sounds kinda like my immigration case…

All family issues aside, here is a little round up on what has en going on in the media department.

-William Gheen is hard headed.  There is certainly no questioning that fact, on any level whatsoever.  As many of you may recall, if not here is a little recap, the great state of North Carolina shot itself in the foot a couple of months back.

It passed legislation to bar all undocumented students from actually attending any sort of higher education institutions, only to later realize the money they were losing in doing so.  So now this month, the State voted to let said students back into the school system, by means of their own (out of state tuition).  Support poured in as a vote came to repeal the legislation, clearly demonstrating that there are backers for education for all (DREAM Act?) Even in the most unlikely of places.

So where does Gheen appear in all of this mess?  Well given that the outcome was not the one he originally hoped for, let’s go ahead and blame “insider information” that made the pro-migrant speakers register to speak first leaving him and his clan all the way in the back.

Really, if you don’t get it your way proceed to rock rocks at everyone else.  I wonder had he been number 1 speaker, and the vote still not swung his way, what would he blame it on next? Or maybe WHO is a better question!

In any case please make sure to check out the full write-up on Immigration Clearinghouse, it even includes a video which features our favorite person! And yes, somebody better call the waa-mbulance for him.

- On a second update, I was asked to be on an interview on a North Carolina radio station! Accepting the interview, I give a fair warning to the station about calling us “illegal” or “illegal students” (as they had originally requested) and proceeded to tell them about our USA Today Fail campaign.  Needless to say, radio station where Rush Limbaugh is allowed to speak, is actually calling us undocumented students.

How do you like that USA Today?

I know, I know I still owe you all the Dream Act vs DREAM Act post.  That will come soon, and so will my report from my interview.

Till then, feel free to drop me a comment!
