Consider this a public service announcement.

This bothers me more than the daily hatred spewed by talk show hosts like Lou Dobbs and Glenn Beck. Why? Because most people already know what to expect from those haters. But when the broad mainstream media from the Associated Press to CNN to MSNBC wastes no time making a heterogenous religious and racial interpellation of Islam as ‘extremist and violent,’ it is a huge problem.

Don’t disparage and discriminate. Stay safe.
